摘　　要：利用产业集群升级的"分工-市场-制度"(DMI)框架,分析山东青岛家电产业集群升级问题,根据DMI框架,构建了计量模型,实证分析分工、市场和制度变量对青岛家电行业产业集群升级的影响,结果显示,分工变量、市场变量和制度变量对家电产业集群升级均起显著影响。根据实证结果,对青岛家电产业集群升级建议:在分工方面,加快技术创新,注重集群内企业合作;在市场方面,进一步提升品牌影响力,进一步开拓国际市场;在制度方面,改善营商环境,发挥地方政府对集群升级的引导与扶持作用。The paper analyze the upgrading of electrical appliances industry cluster for Qing Dao district with ＂division of labor, market, institutional＂（DMI） model. According to DMI model, we find out some factors on behalf of division of labor, market, institutional as independent variables, and the variation if home appliance industry profit as the dependent variable of industrial upgrading, and multivariate linear regression model is constructed. Analysis results show that the division of labor and institutional variables has influence on the industrial upgrading. According to the empirical results, this paper puts forward the electrical appliances industry cluster for Qingdao district should be in the mode of production shift, create famous brand enterprises, build a strong enterprise, the local government should play the role in guidance and support.
