摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛教育对中晚期鼻咽癌患者实施疼痛教育的效果。方法对100例中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组:对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组给予常规护理和常规镇痛治疗,观察组在常规护理的基础上对患者及家属实施疼痛教育干预措施。观察两组患者住院期间镇痛效果、两组患者镇痛治疗前后NRS评分变化、患者及家属满意度。结果采用疼痛教育干预措施后,观察组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者及家属的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上实施疼痛教育干预措施能有效减轻中晚期鼻咽癌患者的疼痛程度、提高镇痛治疗的效果,提高患者及家属的满意度,也提高了患者的生存质量。Objective To study the pain education implementation of pain education on patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into two groups： con-trol group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing and conventional analgesic therapy, observation group on the basis of routine nursing care to the patients and their families in the implementation of pain edu-cation intervention. Observe two groups of patients during hospitalization, the two groups of patients before and after the analgesic effect of analgesic treatment NRS score and satisfaction of the patients and their families. The degree of pain in the results after the pain education and nursing intervention measures, and the observation group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）, the satisfaction of patients and their families was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing implementation of pain education intervention measures can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
