摘　　要：目的探讨走动式管理在医院手卫生管理中的应用。方法通过对各个部门的走动,对走动前与走动后的依从性、执行合格率、知识知晓率进行对比分析。结果通过走动式管理,各个科室在依从性、执行合格率、知识知晓率方面上均有一定的提升。结论实行走动式管理,也是对院感的各项工作进行的一次检查,有利于督促医护人员更主动、积极的防控医院感染,适合推广。Objective To investigate the application of management by walking around inthe management of hand hygiene in hos-pitals. Methods Based on the various departmentsto move around, before and after walking compliance, the implementation of qualified rate,awareness rate were analyzed. Results Through management by walking around, the various departments in compli-ance, enforcement qualification rate, awareness rate of knowledge has certain promotion. Conclusion The implementation of man-agement by walking around, a check is performed on the work of the Institute of sense, is conducive tothe medical staff more ac-tive, positive prevention and control of hospital infection, suitable for promotion.
