摘 要:传统矢量控制没有考虑感应电机铁耗,造成转子磁场定向不精确,控制性能下降。在两相旋转坐标系下建立了考虑铁耗的感应电机动态等效数学模型。基于不考虑与考虑铁耗的电机模型,对传统矢量控制的控制性能进行了分析,结果表明铁耗导致传统矢量控制中转子磁场定向存在偏差、电机输出转矩值下降,从而降低了电机动态响应性能。本文基于考虑铁耗的感应电机动态等效数学模型,提出优化的矢量控制及磁通观测方法,提高了电机的控制性能。实验结果验证了优化后的矢量控制的有效性。Conventional vecotr controll doesn't take iron loss of induction motor into account,so it causes field orientation angle error,torque decreasing and slower speed response. The dynamic equivalent mathematical model of induction motor considering iron loss is established under rotor flux oriented d-q coordinate. And the performance of conventional vector control between the motor model without considering iron loss and the one taking iron loss into account is analyzed contrastively. It is manifested that the error between conventional rotor flux estimation and actual rotor flux does exist due to iron loss,and it also makes actual output torque not reach reference torque command. Therefore,a kind of compensator based on dynamic equivalent mathematical model of motor considering iron loss is developed to modify conventional vector control and rotor flux orientation,and the performance of vector control is improved. At last,the validity of compensation method of vector controll is verified by experiment results.
