摘　　要：目的：系统评价抗生素封管措施在预防血透患者中心静脉导管感染中的疗效。方法：检索国内有关抗生素封管与血透患者中心静脉导管感染相关的研究,运用Stata11.0软件进行Meta分析,综合研究结果。结果：抗生素封管措施能有效降低血透患者中心静脉导管感染率,合并RR值为0.41（95%CI：0.27~0.62）。结论：抗生素封管能有效降低血透患者中心静脉导管感染发生率,值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To quantitatively evaluate the relationship of the effectiveness of antimicrobial lock solution for prevention of the catheter related infections in hemodialysis patients, a meta-analysis was performed. Methods Studies were identified from the databases of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, and Weipu Database. The effect summary risk ratio （RR） and 95% confidence interval （C1） were obtained by Stata 11.0. Result Meta-analysis showed that antimicrobial lock solution can effectively prevent the catheter related infections in hemodialysis patients with temporary central vein catheter （RR=0.41, 95%CI： 0.27-0.62 ）. Conclusions Antimicrohial lock solution is a good intervention for catheter related infections in hemodialysis, and should be popularized.
