摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理措施对下腹部手术史患者妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的意义。方法 89例有下腹部手术史并且行腹腔镜手术的患者,随机分为试验组(44例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采取普通护理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理措施。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对有下腹部手术史行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者采取综合护理措施,可有效的减少术后并发症的发生,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate significance by comprehensive nursing measures for gynecological laparoscopic operation complications in patients with history of hypogastric operation. Methods A total of 89 patients with history of hypogastric operation and gynecological laparoscopic operation complications were randomly divided into experimental group(44 cases) and control group(45 cases). The control group received common nursing model, and the experimental group received additional comprehensive nursing measures. Postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had all better indexes than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing measures for gynecological laparoscopic operation complications in patients with history of hypogastric operation can effectively reduce occurrence of postoperative complications. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
