摘 要:目的研究低热量肠内营养护理方案对重症脑梗死患者营养状况和功能康复的影响。方法 80例重症脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用完全肠外营养护理,观察组采用低热量肠内营养护理,对比两组患者治疗后的营养状况,免疫指标、NIHSS及Barthel(BI)指数评分,分析神经功能与营养状况相关性。结果观察组各项营养指标改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的NIHSS、BI指数评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的神经功能缺损程度与营养状况呈明显的负相关(P<0.05)。结论低热量肠内营养护理方案可提高患者的营养指标和免疫功能,有利于患者神经功能的康复。Objective To research influence by low-calorie enteral nutrition nursing on nutritional status and functional rehabilitation of severe cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received total parenteral nutrition nursing, and the observation group received low- calorie enteral nutrition nursing. Comparisons were made on nutritional status, immune indexes, and scores in national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) and Barthel index (BI). Their correlation between neurological function and nutritional status was analyzed. Results The observation group had all better improvements in nutritional indexes than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The observation group also had better NIHSS and BI scores than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). There was an obviously negative correlation between nervous functional defects and nutritional status (P〈0.05). Conclusion Low-calorie enteral nutrition nursing can improve nutritional indexes and immune function in patients, and it is helpful for rehabilitation of neurological function.
