摘　　要：通过分析青年群体的居住现状,对青年公寓供不应求、投资额小、运营成本高等特点进行了介绍,并从建设模式、税费优惠、创新管理方面提出了建设青年公寓的策略,从而满足青年群体的居住需求。Through analyzing living status of the youth group,the paper introduces youngster apartment features,such as demand exceeding sup-ply,small amount of investment,and high operation cost,and puts forward youngster apartment construction strategies from aspects of construc-tion mode,tax benefits,and creative management,so as to meet living demand of the youth group.
