摘 要:提出一种适于村镇低层砌体建筑的新型简易滑移隔震体系,其技术方案为:基础圈梁由上、下两层以低强度等级改性砂浆黏结而成,圈梁内每隔一定距离布置橡胶束。在中、大震作用下,低强度等级砂浆开裂,上部结构和上层圈梁滑动减震,橡胶束作为限位部件控制过大滑移量出现。通过对1片普通砌体墙片与1片设有滑移隔震体系的隔震砌体墙片的拟静力试验,对比了破坏形态、滞回曲线和骨架曲线等抗震性能。试验结果表明:普通墙片为典型的"X"形交叉斜裂缝破坏,隔震墙片整个试验过程始终处于弹性状态;隔震墙片的滞回曲线较为饱满,形状由"梭形"逐渐转变为"Z形",骨架曲线由明显的弹性增长段和滑移平台段构成,滞回曲线和骨架曲线的特征体现了隔震体系的消能减震及限位复位工作机理。This paper proposed a new kind of simple sliding seismic isolation system for rural low-rise buildings. In the technical scheme of seismic isolation system,foundation ring beam was divided into two layers and bonded by lowstrength modified mortar layer,several rubber bars were installed in the ring beam with a certain interval. When the medium or severe seism happened,low-strength modified mortar layer would be destroyed by shear force,upper structure would slide with the upper ring beam,seismic energy would be dissipated,at the same time,rubber bars could control the sliding displacements as restoration device. In the study,the quasi-static tests of a common masonry wall and a seismi-isolation masonry wall were done. Through contrasting the failure modes,hysteretic curves and skeleton curves,some conclusions could be derived as follows: the failure mode of common masonry wall was typical X-shape cracks,and seismi-isolation masonry wall was in the elastic state with no cracks; the hysteretic curve of seismic isolation masonry wall was relatively full,and the shape was transformed from"spindle"shape to"Z"shape,the skeleton curve of seismic-isolation masonry wall was composed of elastic growth and sliding platform,the characteristics of hysteretic curve and skeleton curve could embody the energy dissipation and displacement recovering mechanism.
