摘 要:某工程主体结构为空间钢架体系,圆管钢架在空间错综交汇,形成由不同斜面在空间不规则交错而成的屋面。保证多管对接安装的精度、控制主管的挠度、有效控制胎架的沉降是该结构施工中遇到的难点问题。为解决以上问题,结合现场实际情况,采取胎架支撑体系为主,脚手架胎架为辅的支撑体系;其中型钢胎架承受结构杆件重量,脚手架胎架搭设在型钢胎架四周以供高空管管对接操作,同时起到稳固型钢胎架的作用;利用数字化技术模拟施工现场的实际安装和落架的施工流程,对异型结构的安装先进行预起拱,并确定多管的安装和落架顺序,保证了该空间多管交汇异型网格结构的安装精度。The main structure of a project is the space steel system with pipe steel frames being intricate in space,so as to form the roof space with different slant irregular cross in space. How to ensure the accuracy of multi-tube connection installation,how to control the main pipe deflection and how to effectively control the bed-jig settlement are the difficult construction problems of the space multi-tube intersection shaped structure. To solve the above difficulties,combined with the actual situation,the support system composed of mainly bed-jigs and supplemented by scaffolds was used,of which steel bed-jigs could bear the weight of the structure members,scaffolding bed-jigs were erected around the steel bed-jigs,which facilitated the altitude tubes connection operation,and also the stability of the steel bed-jigs. Digital technology was used to simulate the actual installation and removing supports construction process of the construction site,pre-camber was done to determine the order of the installation and removing supports of the multi-tube structure to ensure the installation accuracy of the space multi-tube intersection shaped structure.
