关于癌痛规范化治疗示范病房建设的几点思考

摘　　要：卫生部于2011年提出了开展"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房(无痛病房)"的建设要求,医院根据自身情况,完善整个癌痛的诊疗过程,采用领导牵头、多科室合作的模式,对相应的医务人员进行相关培训,同时展开对患者的宣传教育,对于患者癌痛采取全程动态评估,做好院外随访。此外融入中医特色,将中药、针灸引入癌痛治疗中,取得显著成效。这些措施均取得良好效果,提高了患者生活质量,减轻了患者痛苦。As proposed by Chinese ministry of health, cancer standardized training （painless operation） has attracted more attention. Our hospital learned more experiences from others, summarized the lesions, and combined with our own conditions. We improved diagnostic and cure process, and leaders cooperated with each other from different fields. We gave relevant training and make propaganda work to hospital staff. A good result has been achieved. As for whole dynamic evaluation of cancer painful patients, we did follow - up outside the hospital. It will improve patients living quality and alleviate painful when interaction with traditional Chinese medicine, as well as combination with Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
