支原体肺炎患儿肾脏功能测定的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清胱抑素C（CysC）、尿素、肌酐在肺炎支原体患儿急性期、恢复期的临床价值.方法 选取我院2014年1月～2014年7月临床确诊为支原体肺炎的患儿50名为实验组,对照组为同期于我院健康体检的儿童100名,测定实验组在急性期与恢复期血CysC、尿素、肌酐的水平,与对照组对比,做统计学分析.结果 实验组在疾病的急性期血清CysC水平高于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义,而在恢复期血清CysC水平与对照组对比,P＞0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,支原体肺炎组在疾病的急性期、恢复期血清CysC水平对比, P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 血清CysC在支原体肺炎患儿早期肾脏损伤的诊断中有重要的临床价值.Objective To study the clinical value of serum CysC, urea and creatinine in the mycoplasma pneumoniae of children.Methods Selected 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2014 to July 2014 in our hospital, the control group were 100 health children, tested CysC, urea and creatinine levels in the acute phase and convalescent phase and compared with the control group.Results The level of serum CysC was obvious difference between the patients group in the acute phase and the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance, the level of serum CysC was no obvious difference between the patients group in the recovery stage and the control group,P〉0.05, was no difference had statistically significance, The serum CysC levels were no obvious difference between the group of acute stage and recovery stage,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion CysC in children with mycoplasma pneumonia in early diagnosis of renal damage has important clinical value.
