摘　　要：目的 探讨低温等离子髓核成形术微创治疗交感神经型颈椎病的疗效.方法 回顾分析2010年11月～2013年12月收治的经低温等离子治疗的交感型颈椎病患者124例的临床随访资料,对其疗效进行分析评估.结果 采用电话随访的方式,有效随访77例,共出现症状总数426例,优良率为52.1%,有效率为71.4%.结论 低温等离子髓核成形术（PCN）治疗交感神经型颈椎病具有操作简单、微创安全、近期疗效优、远期疗效满意的特点,是颈椎病阶梯治疗中的一种积极选择.Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous coblation nucleoplasty （PCN） in treatment of patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods Retrospective analyze 124 cases clinical data with sympathetic cervical spondylosis from November 2010 to December 2013, analyzed and evaluated the effect. Results Enrolled with PCN were followed up, there were 77 cases had valid, 426 cases had symptoms, the excellent and good rate was 52.1%, the effective rate was 71.4%. Conclusion PCN has be found to be an effective procedure for sympathetic cervical spondylosis, which has the advantages of simple operation, mini-invasive and safe., it has superior Recent effect and satisfactory mid-long term outcome.
