四肢深度烧伤切削痂植皮治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察分析四肢深度烧伤患者切削痂植皮治疗的临床效果.方法 选取我院2013年6月～2014年6月收治的90例四肢深度烧伤患者,按照手术时间的不同随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,观察组实施早期切削痂植皮治疗,观察组实施晚期切削痂植皮治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果作评价和分析.结果 观察组治疗优良率91.11%,高于对照组71.11%,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者感染率13.33%,低于对照组44.44%,创面愈合时间、住院时间较对照组缩短,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 针对四肢深度烧伤患者,入院早期切削痂植皮治疗,治疗效果优于晚期切削痂植皮治疗效果,可加快创面愈合,提高植皮成功率,减轻患者身心痛苦,提高其生活质量.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of crust-resection and skin-grafting on patients with limb deep burn.Methods Selected 90 cases with limb deep burn in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 as study objects, were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 45 case. according to operation time, analyzed and evaluated the clinical effect of the two groups.Results Good rate of observation group was 91.11%, obviously higher than control group 71.11%,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Infection rate of observation group was 13.33%, lower than control group 44.44%. Healing time of the wounds and hospital stay were shorter than control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The treatment of crust-resection and skin-grafting on patients with limb deep burn has better clinical effect. It can speed up the rate of wound healing, improve the success rate of skin graft, mitigate physically and mentally suffering of patients and life quality.
