双钢板与单钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果对比分析及膝关节恢复研究  被引量:7

摘  要:目的 探讨双侧钢板和单侧锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效及膝关节功能恢复情况.方法 回顾性分析2009年1月~2014年6月我院收治的76例SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例.分别行前外侧和后内侧入路双钢板和单切口锁定加压钢板治.结果 通过门诊复查方式对所有患者行12~36个月随访,平均随访(21.49±4.83)个月,观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均少于对照组,而术中出血量多于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 采用双侧钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折,术中视野好,可进行解剖复位,尽可能恢复下肢力线及关节面平整,固定牢靠,可使患者早期下地行功能练习,疗效显著.Objective To analysis the clinicaleffect of double plate and single plate internal fixation for the treatment of tibialplateau fractures andstudy the repair of knee joint.Methods A retrospective analyzed 76 cases with SchatzkerⅤ,Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures from January 2009 to June 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 34 cases , before the line lateral and medial approach double plates and single incision locking compression plate governance.Results Outpatient treatment by the same group of doctors to review the way for all patients 12 to 36 months follow-up, average (21.49±4.83) months in the observation group were operative time, hospital stay, fracture healing time was less than the control group of patients, and bleeding amount than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion With bilateral plate fixation SchatzkerⅤ,Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures, surgery good vision, can be anatomically as possible to restore limb alignment and articular surface, stable fixation, allows early ambulation line function in patients with exercise.
