护理流程在腹腔镜手术围术期护理的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究在腹腔镜手术患者围手术期应用护理流程的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的需行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者98例,随机分成对照与研究两组,各49例,对照组采用常规手术护理,研究组严格依照护理流程进行围手术期护理,对两组患者的临床治疗效果和患者的满意度进行对比分析。结果研究组疼痛评分、住院时间和不良反应发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。研究组满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对行腹腔镜手术的患者依照护理流程给予围手术期护理能够有效提高治疗的临床效果和患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in perioperative care process.Methods Selected 98 patients admitted to our hospital for laparoscopic surgery, and classified them randomly divided into the control group and the study group, each group had 49 cases, the control group used conventional surgical care, care process in strict accordance with the study group perioperative care. After treatment, the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients and patient satisfaction were analyzed.Results The research group pain score, length of hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. The study group was higher than the control group in the patients＆#39; satisfaction,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion For laparoscopic surgery patients, according to the nursing process for perioperative, nursing care can effectively improve the clinical effect of treatment and the patient＆#39;s satisfaction.
