摘　　要：通过建立居民呼吸健康档案采集平台,为呼吸系统疾病临床转化研究提供数据基础。对呼吸健康档案建设中的数据标准及数据格式进行了详细分析与设计,采集相应的呼吸健康档案数据、呼吸疾病等相关信息,实现研究机构之间的数据共享和多级医院之间的双向转诊数据需求。Through the establishment of residents respiratory health archives collection platform,to provide data basis for study of the respiratory system disease clinical transformation. From the perspective of the practical application of the data in the respiratory health archives construction standards compliance and data format unification of detailed system analysis and design, implementation of research institutions, to collect the corresponding respiratory health related information such as file data, respiratory diseases, realize data sharing between research institutions and multistage hospital of two--way referral between data requirements.
