摘　　要：对城市放射性废物库综合监控的需求进行分析,设计出一种利用核电子学及辐射探测技术进行废物库内及周边区域辐射环境的监测,同时提出对废物库的安防系统,如:视频监控、红外报警和电子巡更等技术进行整合及优化的综合性方案,实现对废物库监管系统的集约化管理。Analyzing the demand for the comprehensive monitoring of the urban radioactive waste repository, design a plan that monitor the radiation environment in the waste repository and the surrounding area by using nuclear electronics and radiation detection technology, at the same time, integrating and optimizing the security system repository such as： video monitoring, infrared alarm and electronic patrolling technology. realizing the intensive management of the waste repository monitor system.
