冲击波联合星状神经节照射治疗颈椎病患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冲击波联合星状神经节照射治疗颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法 50例颈椎病患者根据治疗方法的不同分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用冲击波治疗,实验组采用冲击波联合超激光星状神经节照射治疗。结果治疗后实验组与对照组的有效率分别为100.0%和88.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组与对照组的疼痛评分分别为(1.22±0.34)分和(2.86±0.45)分,都低于治疗前(6.89±0.26)分和(6.91±0.45)分,P<0.05。结论冲击波联合超激光星状神经节照射治疗颈椎病能有效缓解疼痛,从而促进综合疗效的提高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of shockwave combined with super laser irradiation on stellate ganglion in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods 50 cases of cervical spondylosis based on different methods of treatment were divided into experimental group（shockwave）and control group（shockwave combined with super laser stellate ganglion irradiation）. Results After treatment,the effective rate of experimental group and control group were 100.0% and 88.0% respectively（P〈0.05）,pain scores of two groups were（1.22±0.34）and（2.86±0.45）,which were significantly lower than thats of pretherapy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shockwave combined with super laser irradiation on stellate ganglion treating cervical disease can effectively relieve pain,thereby contributes to improve the overall efficacy.
