摘　　要：创新生态观是当前科技管理呈现出的一种新趋势，它主要是以经济学和动态学为科技管理模式重新进行设计，以此增强系统、环境协调性，不断提升技术创新水平。通过对此深入的研究，希望能够明确科技管理发展方向，实现生态管理的可持续发展。The innovative ecological concept is a new trend in the current science and technology management, it is mainly based on economics and dynamics of science and technology management model so as to enhance systems and environmental coordination and improve the level of technological innovation. Hoping to clear the development direction of science and technology management and achieve sustainable development of ecological management through the in-depth research.
