托吡卡胺眼液治疗LASIK术后屈光回退的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的 评估托吡卡胺眼液治疗LASIK术后屈光回退的疗效。方法 将60例LASIK术后屈光回退患者以不同时间段发病分为2组,A组于术后3-6个月发病,B组于术后6-12个月发病,均采取托吡卡胺眼液治疗。结果 用药后患者角膜地形图Sink值降低（P〈0.5）;A组患者屈光度改善效果与裸眼远视力优于B组（P〈0.05）。结论 LASIK术后屈光回退采取托吡卡胺眼液治疗效果显著。Objective The effect of refractive regression after LASIK evaluation of eye drops for the treatment of tropicamide. Methods 60 patients with LASIK postoperative refractive back in different time period of disease is divided into two groups,A group after 3 to 6 months of onset,B group in postoperative 6 - 12 month incidence,two groups were taken tropicamide eye drops to treat. Result After treatment,the Sink value of corneal topography was decreased（P〈0.5）,the improvement effect of refractive power in A group was better than that in B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Following LASIK refractive eye drops back to tropicamide treatment effect is remarkable.
