左旋氨氯地平药理作用机制与临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨左旋氨氯地平的药理作用及临床应用价值。方法 选取我院2013年9月-2015年6月收治的高血压伴心力衰竭患者62例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率。结果 观察组患者临床治疗有效率为93.55%（29/31）,高于对照组患者的74.19%（23/31）,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 左旋氨氯地平在有效治疗高血压疾病的同时,还可在很大程度上改善患者心力衰竭症状,并避免动脉粥样硬化的发生。Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects levamlodipine and clinical application. Methods 62 patients with hypertension and heart failure from September 2013 to June 2015 were randomly assigned into control group and observation group,the control group with amlodipine treatment,observation group levamlodipine treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment efficiency. Results The clinical observation of the patient group was 93.55%（29/31）,74.19%（23/31）was higher in patients,a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levamlodipine in effective treatment of hypertension disease,while also improving the symptoms of heart failure in large part,and to avoid the occurrence of atherosclerosis,with a high clinical value.
