益母草片联合西药治疗药物流产后恶露不绝的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析益母草片联合西药治疗药物流产后恶露不绝临床疗效。方法 选取从2014年10月-2015年8月收治的62例药物流产后恶露不绝,随机分为对照组（31例）与观察组（31例）,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益母草片治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率为93.54%,对照组总有效率为74.19%,观察组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 对药物流产后恶露不绝采用益母草片联合西药治疗,效果显著。Objective To analyze motherwort tablets combined western medicine therapy clinical curative effect of lochia after medical abortion. Methods From October 2014 to August 2015 treated 62 cases of lochia after medical abortion,were randomly divided into control group and observation group（each of 31）,the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of combined therapy with motherwort tablets,compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate was 93.54%,observing group,control group total effective rate was 74.19%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The lochia after medical abortion with motherwort tablets combined western medicine therapy,the effect is remarkable.
