免疫组化与黏液组化染色结合的双重染色技术的应用

摘　　要：目的评价免疫组化与黏液组化染色结合的双重染色技术应用价值。方法选取经手术切除的大肠黏膜组织70例,对其展开免疫组化染色,而后再展开黏液组化染色后复染,对染色结果进行分析。结果黏蛋白MUC2阳性染色位置在细胞质、核周、核膜染色明显,部分细胞质内呈现弥漫性均质阳性,细胞核未着色;黏液组化染色后,腺体分泌中性物质呈现红色,酸性物质则呈天蓝色,混合物呈紫红色。结论双重染色相对于单独染色而言,要求更高,并且两种染色方法不互相干扰,在同一张切片,分别进行免疫组化、黏液组化染色,效果明显,定位清晰,节约标本资源。Objective To evaluate the immunohistochemical and mucus noted,immunohistochemical staining combined with double staining technique application value. Methods 70 cases of surgical removal of the large intestine mucosa tissue was elected to the study,the case for immunohistochemical staining,and then after a slime noted,immunohistochemical staining after dyeing,the dyeing results were analyzed. Results The mucins MUC2 positive staining in the week of cytoplasm,nuclear,nuclear membrane staining obviously,the cytoplasm rendering diffuse homogeneous part is positive,the nucleus not coloring,after mucous noted,immunohistochemical staining,glands are neutral red,acid is the sky blue,mixture is purple. Conclusion Double staining for separate dyeing, more demanding,two dyeing methods and does not interfere with each other in the same section,immunohistochemical and mucus noted,immunohistochemical staining respectively,obvious effect,clear positioning,save resources for specimens.
