摘　　要：目的 探究采用优质护理服务对手术室护理人员工作积极性的提升效果。方法 选择我院2014年6月-2015年6月收治的84例手术室患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理。结果 观察组在自我效能、护理质量以及患者护理满意度情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用有效优质护理服务能够提高护理人员工作积极性,提升患者护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of the concept of quality care service in enhancing the working enthusiasm of nurses in operation room. Methods We selected 84 cases of patients who were treated in our hospital operating room from June 2014 to June 2015. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group,the control group was given usual care,while observation group were given quality care. Results For patients of observation group,their self-efficacy,quality of care and satisfaction with care were markedly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of effective quality care service can improve the working enthusiasm of nurses in operation room,improve patient care satisfaction.
