摘 要:目的 探讨品管圈活动在减少病房输液中呼叫铃声中的应用。方法 我院在2014年9-12月开展品管圈活动,对在此期间接受病房输液的208例患者作为活动组,并选取2014年5-8月收治的168例输液患者作为对照组,分析两组外科输液患者呼叫铃声频繁响起的原因。结果 在实施品管圈活动后,活动组护理满意度为92.3%,高于对照组的70.5%,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05,两组患者输液不同原因呼叫铃声次数得到改善,数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 在开展品管圈活动中,能够有效的减少病房输液呼叫铃声,提高患者的护理满意度,促进护患关系和谐,增强了护理人员的管理意识和团队意识。Objective To study the quality control circle activities in reducing wards infusion in the application of the call bell. Methods Our hospital from September to December 2014 to carry out the quality control circle activities,for during this activity as 208 patients in the ward infusion group,and treated between May 2014 to August2014,168 transfusion patients as control group,analysis of the two groups of patients with surgical infusion call frequently bell rings. Results After the implementation of quality management circle activity,group activity nursing satisfaction was 92.3%,significantly higher than that of control group 70.5%,two groups of data contrast difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05,two groups of patients with transfusion number of different reasons call bells get improved significantly,the data contrast difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion In carrying out quality management circle activity,can effectively reduce wards infusion call bells,improve patient satisfaction with care,promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,enhanced management of the nursing staff and team consciousness.
