摘　　要：目的 探讨不同护理手段对治疗老年消化道出血的影响。方法 将2013年1月-2014年12月收治的46例老年消化道出血患者等分为观察组与对照组,分别予以常规护理和针对性护理,比较两组治疗有效率与护理满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,护理满意度为100%,均高于对照组。结论 针对性护理可以提高老年消化道出血患者的疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of different nursing methods on the treatment of elderly patients with digestive tract hemorrhage. Methods 46 cases of elderly patients with digestive tract hemorrhage treated from January 2013 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group,respectively. The groups were treated with routine nursing and targeted nursing,and the effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,and the nursing satisfaction was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion For the treatment of elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,the clinical efficacy of the treatment can be significantly improved.
