摘　　要：目的 探讨改良的经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（改良TAPP）对双侧腹股沟疝的临床价值。方法 2002年9月至2014年7月,对39例无选择性腹股沟疝患者实施经改良过的经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（应用脐内侧襞覆盖网片的方法）。结果 全部在腹腔镜下完成,自切皮开始至关脐完毕需花30~115min,手术时间均值为：（61.59±5.54）min。出血量均少于10ml。结论 改良的经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（改良TAPP）对双侧腹沟疝的的手术治疗简单易行,安全,并发症少,费用低,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical value of modified transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis （modified TAPP） in bilateral inguinal hernia. Methods From September 2002 to July 2014, 39 cases of no selective patients with inguinal hernia implementation were given modified transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis （Applied medial umbilical fold covering mesh method）. Results All cases were completed under laparoscopy, needed to spend 30-115min since the beginning of the cutting skin to the closure of the umbilical cord, the average operation time was： （61.59 ± 5.54）min. The amount of bleeding was less than 10ml. Conclusion Modified transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis（modified TAPP） is a simple, safe, little complication and low cost, and is worthy of promotion.
