摘 要:某地石煤钒矿存在着磨矿过程部分产品易泥化、磨矿效率低的缺点,为了优化磨矿工艺,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了磨矿工艺试验。通过试验发现:当介质填充率为10%、介质尺寸配比为30 mm∶25 mm∶18 mm=40%∶48%∶12%、磨矿浓度为55%、磨矿时间为5 min时有利于含钒矿物的单体解离,并且此时脉石矿物石英易在粗粒级中富集。对上述磨矿产品采用螺旋溜槽进行预先抛尾,可丢掉产率为25.81%、V2O5品位为0.17%的尾矿,提高了后续选矿的给矿品位。There are problems of easy to sliming and low grinding efficiency in stone coal vanadium plant, to optimize the grinding process, grinding process tests were carried out on the basis of process mineralogy research. The experiment indicated that: when the filling rate is 10% , ratio of medium size is w(φ30 mm): w(φ25 mm): w(φ18 mm) =40: 48: 12, grinding concentration is 55% , length of time for grinding is 5 min is beneficial for liberation of vanadium minerals, and the gangue minerals quartz is easy to be enriched in coarse grains; Using spiral chute to discarding tailings on the ground products, tailings with yield rate of 25.81% and V2 05 grade of 0.17 % was obtained, feeding grade for the subsequent pro- cessing was improved.
