摘  要:以Evans拉伸破坏模型为基础,通过露天采矿机截割力、工作行走速度与功率的理论关系,建立了以岩石抗拉强度、截齿和矿岩摩擦角、露天采矿机功率和截齿锥角为参量的生产效率理论预测公式,预测了露天采矿机生产效率,并与8个矿山实际生产效率进行了对比。结果表明,预测值与实际值相对误差绝对值的平均值和标准差分别为27.93%和14.72%,尽管相对误差的平均值和标准差都较大,但由于问题的复杂性,该预测公式对实际生产应用仍具有一定的指导意义。Based on the Evans tensile breakage model and the theoretical relationship between the cutting force of surface miner, power and walking speed, a theoretic prediction formula with the parame- ters of rock uniaxial tensile strength, the friction angle between cutting pick and rock, the power of open - pit mining machine and cone angle of cutting pick is proposed, it is used to predict the mining machine production efficiency, and the prediction results is contrasted with the actual production efficiency of 8 mines. The results show that the average value and the standard deviation of absolute relative error are 27.93% and 14.72% respectively, despite the above value are large, but due to the complexity of prob- lems, the prediction formula proposed in this paper can also has a certain guiding significance.
