摘 要:成立品管圈,通过文献查阅及公式计算,确定活动目标值为62.1%。通过解析得到5项真因:技术员未认真摆位;受检者无法站立或站立不稳;受检者多,工作量大;颈链未去除;缺乏明确的奖惩制度。从两大方面进行改进:制定合理的奖惩制度和培训考核机制;在机房等场地张贴标识提醒技术员和受检者去除体表异物。放射科胸片甲级片率由30.5%提高至63.5%,提高了放射科质控成绩。圈员能熟练运用多种品管圈工具来发现、分析直至解决问题,激发了积极性与创新力,增强了集体归属感,提高了团队凝聚力。The quality control circle (QCC) was established, and through literature review and tormulas calculation, the target of 62.1% was determined. The true causes was obtained by analysis which includedincorrect placementby technician, the subject unable to stand or standing firm,large workload; unremovednecklaces, lack of specific rewards and penalties. The im- provements included development of a reasonable reward system and training assessment mechanisms,post of logoin the engine room and other related venuesto remind technicians andremovingforeign manersfrom the surface of subjects. The first film rate of chest X - ray in the Department of Radiologyincreased from 30.5% to 63.5%, which improved the quality control effect. The circle members eouht skillfully use a variety of QCC tools to diseover, analyze and solve problems, their enthusiasm and creativity were strengthened, the collective sense of belonging was also strengthened, and team cohesiveness was improved.
