摘　　要：成立品管圈，利用品管圈工具找出下肢骨折患者发生深静脉血栓的原因，制定相应整改方案并组织实施。下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓发生率由31．9％下降至0．4％。The quality control circle （ QCC ） was estahlished, the tools of QCC were used to identify causes of deep vein thrombosis among patients with lower limb fractures, and the improvement program was formulated and implemented. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis among patients with lower limb fractures reduced from 31.9% to 0.4%.
