摘  要:以粉煤灰为原料,采用碱熔法与固相法合成4A型沸石。研究了煅烧时间与温度、碱灰比、液固比、陈化时间与晶化时间对沸石产品的阳离子交换性能(CEC)的影响。通过XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等对产品进行表征。结果表明650℃下煅烧1 h、碱灰比1.2∶1 g·g^(-1)、液固比5∶1 g·g^(-1)、陈化12 h、90℃下晶化6 h,碱熔法合成产物为单一晶型4A型沸石;在650℃下煅烧2 h、碱灰比0.5∶1 g·g^(-1)、液固比2.7∶1 g·g^(-1)、陈化1 h、90℃晶化3.5 h条件下,固相法产物主要为4A型沸石。碱熔法及固相法粉煤灰沸石CEC值可分别为357.31 mmol/100 g和253.86 mmol·100 g^(-1),达到相应商品沸石的127.93%和90.89%。Fly The cation exc ash zeolite was prepared by alkali fusion and solid transformation method with coal fly ash. hange capacity (CEC) of zeolite as a function of calcination temperature and time, alkali fly ash ratio, liquid/solid ratio, aging time and crystallization time were investigated. The synthetical zeolites were characterized by XRD, SEM and TG-DTA. The results showed that crystal 4A type zeolite could be obtained when calcination time 1 h under 650 ℃, alkali fly ash ratio 1. 2:1 g · g^-1, crystallization time 6 h in 90 ℃ and liquid solid ratio 5:1 g · g^-1 ; while in the conditions of calcination time 2 h in 650 ℃, alkali fly ash ratio 0.5:1 g· g^-1, aging time 1 h , crystallization time 3.5 h in 90 ℃, liquid solid ratio 2. 7:1 g · g^-1, 4A type zeolite can be synthesized from fly ash by solid transformation method. The CEC of zeolite with alkali fusion method was 357.31 mmol · 100 g^-1, which exhibited higher than the value of commercial 4A zeolite 279.31 mmol · 100 g^-1, and the adsorption capacity (253.86 mmol · 100 g^-1) of products with solid transformation synthesis was equivalent that of commercial 4A zeolite.
