摘  要:以活性单体二甘醇单丁醚马来酸酐单酯(MBDEGMA)、聚乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯(MPEGAA)、丙烯磺酸钠(SAS)与丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,在水体系中通过共聚,制备了一种高性能聚羧酸混凝土减缩材料(SRA-PC)。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(~1H NMR)和高效凝胶色谱仪(GPC)测试,表征了高性能聚羧酸混凝土减缩材料(SRA-PC)的分子结构和相对分子质量及其分布。测定了添加0.20%(固含量)高性能聚羧酸混凝土减缩材料(SRA-PC)混凝土的减缩性能及其他各项性能。结果表明:当质均相对分子质量和数均相对分子质量分别为29000g·mol^(-1)和21000 g·mol^(-1)左右时,高性能聚羧酸混凝土减缩材料(SRA-PC)不仅具有优异的减缩性能,而且还具有良好的其他性能。当添加量为0.20%(固含量)时,混凝土28 d的减缩率为39%,减水率为35.7%,60 min后坍落度几乎无损失,抗压强度比空白混凝土提高了16.7%,实现了高效化和多功能化。A high-performance polycarboxylic acid shrinkage-reducing materials for concrete (SRA-PC) was synthesized with diethylene glycol monobutyl ether maleic anhydride ester (MBDEGMA), polyethylene glycol mono methyl ether acrylate (MPEGAA), sodium allylsulfonate (SAS) and acrylic acid (AA) by means of copolymerization in water system. The molecular structure of high-performance polycarboxylic acid shrinkage-reducing materials for concrete (SRA-PC) was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR ),^1 H nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1H NMR), and molecular mass and distribution was analyzed by gel chromatography (GPC), respectively. In the meantime, the shrinkage-reducing performance and other performances in concrete were measured. The results indicate that the high-performance polycarboxylic acid shrinkage-reducing materials for concrete (SRA-PC) has good shrinkage-reducing performance as well as other good performances when its mass-average molecular weight is around 29000 g · mol^- 1 and number-average molecular weight is around 21000 g · mol-1. The concrete shrinkage-reducing ratio of SRA-PC with the addition of 0.20% ( solid content) is 39% at 28 d and water-reducing ratio is 35.7% and the loss of new concrete slump is little in 60 min. It has higher compressive resistance than concrete without additives, which realized high-efficiency and multi-function.
