摘 要:以辽宁海城低品位菱镁矿石为原料,通过磨细、轻烧,在不同条件下进行加压碳酸化。研究表明,随着反应浓度的增加,碳酸化率最初下降幅度较小,当反应浓度大于10 g/L时,下降幅度较大;搅拌速度越快,碳酸化率越高,当转速大于400 r/min时,变化幅度较小;随着二氧化碳气压的增加,碳酸化率增加,当二氧化碳分压大于0.5 MPa时,碳酸化率基本保持不变;随着反应时间的进行,碳酸化率增加。通过正交试验设计确定加压碳酸化法的最佳工艺条件,为低品位菱镁矿后续提纯提供理论依据。In this article,low degree magnesite from Haicheng Liaoning is grinded and light roasted. Then pressural carbonation is treated on different conditions. The result shows that as the reaction concentration grows,carbonation rate drops in low degree. Until the former reaches 10 g/L,the falling degree becomes obvious. The faster the stirring rate, the higher the carbonation rate. When agitation rate becomes more than 400 r/min, variation is not obvious. As CO2 pressure increases, carbonation rate grows. And when pressure becomes higher than 0.5 MPa, carbonation rate keeps steady on the whole. Carbonation rate increases as the reaction goes on. Optimum condition is obtained through orthogonal experiment and theoretical foundation is laid for subsequent low degree magnesite refinement.
