摘  要:通过向轻烧白云石中加入不同活性的菱镁矿分解产物,研究了不同活性Mg O粉的引入对高钙镁钙耐火材料的烧结性能和抗水化性能的影响。结果表明:800℃下保温2 h得到的轻烧Mg O活性最高;Mg O粉活性越高,镁钙耐火材料的烧结性能和抗水化性能越好;显微结构分析显示,活性Mg O粉在Ca O晶粒表面形成了薄膜,抑制了Ca O的水化作用。Adding magnesite decomposition products with different activities into light burned dolomite, the influences of the sintering behaviors and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO refractories were studied. The results showed that the activity of MgO light burned at 800 ℃ for 2 h was high, and the sintering properties and the hydration resistance of MgO-CaO materials were improved more effectively when the activity of MgO powders was higher. The SEM images showed that the MgO powders with high activity tbrmed micro films on the surface of CaO grains, so that the hydration resistance of MgO-CaO refractories improved.
