摘　　要：医学论文的题名、摘要和关键词是论文写作的重要组成部分。题名是论文的总纲，对整篇文章可起到画龙点睛的作用，题名的拟定要能正确地表达论文的实质。摘要是论文内容的基本思想和窗口，其总结归纳了论文的主要信息，即可便于读者快速阅读了解论文的主要内容，又可被二次文献收录以及数据库采用，便于进行学术交流。在信息化时代，关键词检索已成为快速获取信息的简捷方法之一，关键词引用是否准确，直接关系到检索的准确性和文献的利用率。目前国际上各主要检索机构的数据库对英文摘要的依赖性很强。因此，论文的英文题名、摘要和关键词对于增加期刊和论文的被检索及引用机会、吸引读者、扩大影响起着不可忽视的作用。该文对医学论文的题名、摘要、关键词撰写格式的要求及常见的相关问题进行了概述。Title, abstract, and key words are important parts in medical paper writing. As the summary of paper, title gives the finishing touch to the whole article, and it is intended to be able to express the essence of paper. Abstract is the basic idea and window of paper, and it summarizes its main information. It not only facilitates readers＇ quick read and un- derstanding of thesis, but is included as secondary literature and in database for academic exchange. In the information age, key words retrieval has become one of the fast easy ways to get information, and whether key words are incited accurately is directly related to re- trieval accuracy and the utilization of literature. Database of international major search a- gencies strongly depends on English summary. Therefore, English title, abstract and key words of papers play an essential role in increasing the opportunity of journals and papers being retrieved and referred, attracting readers and expanding influence. This paper out- lined the written format requirements on title, abstract and key words of medical papers.
