摘　　要：试验旨在解决优质鸡育种中肤色的选育问题。通过分析不同肤色群体(白色肤色固始鸡、黄色肤色固始鸡和霸王山鸡)BCDO2基因的多态性分布情况,确定BCDO2基因的342位点(chr24:6264296,C/T)和肤色性状完全连锁,该位点可以用在肤色性状的分子标记辅助选择,并且屠宰前后肤色性状的观察结果表明肤色和胫色是一致的。This study foucused on the skin color selection in quality chicken breeding. With the SNPs of BCD02 gene analyzed in white-colored Gushi chicken,yellow-colored Gushi chicken and yellow-colored Bawangshang chicken, locus 342 （chr24：6264296,C/T）of BCD02 was identified completely to be associated with skin color,thereby being a potential molecular marker in chicken skin color selection. Moreover,the investigation of the skin color and shank color pre-and post-slaughtering showed a concordance of color between skin and shank.
