摘  要:在混凝土中通过掺入膨胀剂能够产生自应力,具有增强和阻裂的作用。水泥浆体的强度随钢纤维掺量的增加明显提高,但随膨胀剂掺量的增加而降低。钢纤维和膨胀剂复合增强,养护3d时基本上没有体现出复合增强效果,养护28d时复合增强效果比较明显;而且端钩型钢纤维复合增强效果优于波浪型钢纤维。在适度膨胀性能条件下,最大自应力理论计算值能够达到15MPa。Self stress in concrete can be produced by adding expansive agent, which has the effects of enhancing and crack resistance. The strength of cement paste is obviously improved by increasing dosage of steel fiber, but the strength decrease with increasing content of expansive agent. Steel fiber mixed with expansive agent is enhanced. Curing 3d has little composite enhanced influence, curing 28 days compound enhancement effect is obvious; and hook-type steel fiber has better effect than wave-type steel fiber. Under the condition of moderate inflation performance, the largest self-stress theoretical calculation value can reach 15MPa.
