摘 要:唐钢中厚板2号高炉炉缸第7、8层炭砖的热电偶温度超过了500℃,重点分析了炉缸炭砖侵蚀的原因,认为主要与炭砖质量差、冷却壁的冷却比表面积偏低、冷却壁导热性差,以及开炉初期的送风制度不合理等相关。为此,采取了提高[Ti],加强炉缸冷却,调整送风制度,控制冶炼强度,炉缸冷却壁热面灌浆,改善炮泥质量、加深并稳定铁口深度,改善焦炭质量、控制有害元素入炉量等综合措施护炉,使炉缸侵蚀得到了有效控制,并保持了护炉状态下的长期稳定顺行,使各项技术指标得到了优化。For No. 2 BF in MHP Plant of Tangshan Steel's, the hearth carbon brick temperature of layer 7 and 8 measured by the thermocouples reache over 500 ~C, and analysis on erosion of furnace hearth carbon bricks reveals that such high tem- perature is resulted from poor quality of carbon bricks, lower specific cooling surface area of cooling stave, improper thermal conductivity of cooling stave, and unreasonable blasting system at earlier stage of startup. For the reason above mentioned, following comprehensive measures are taken, e.g. increasing [ Ti ] content, intensifying hearth cooling, regulating blasting system, controlling smelting intensity,injecting paste on hot surface of hearth stave, improving gunning mud quality, increas- ing and stabilizing tap-hole depth, upgrading coke quality and controlling harnfful element brought into the furnace. As a re- suit, furnace hearth erosion gets effectively controlled, the furnace keeps smooth operation for a long time under protection and the technical indexes achieved optimization.
