摘  要:针对安钢原燃料条件,研究了不同MgO对烧结矿转鼓强度和熔滴性能的影响,并在此基础上,稳步降低烧结矿MgO,进而降低3号高炉炉渣镁铝比。烧结矿MgO/Al_2_O_3从1.05降低到0.75,烧结矿品位从56.04%升高到56.36%,烧结矿转鼓强度由81.26%提高至82.67%,高炉入炉品位从57.54%提高到57.81%,炉渣镁铝比从0.48下降到0.39,高炉顺行良好,铁水温度稳定在1510±10℃,渣比降低9kg/t,生铁成本降低7元/t。Study is made on influence of different contents of MgO to the sinter drum strength, melting property and dropping property, based on which, practice is carried out to steadily decrease MgO content in sinter for lowering magnesium and alu- minum ratio in No. 3 BF slag. As ratio of MgO/A1203 in sinter is reduced from 1.05 to 0.75, ore grade of sinter increases from 56.04% to 56.36%, sinter drum strength is improved from 81.26% to 82.67%, grade of furnace burden is increased from 57.54% to 57.81%, and magnesium and aluminum ratio in slag drops from 0.48 to 0.39, resulting in smooth opera- tion of blast furnace with hot metal temperature kept at 1510 ± 10 ℃, and decrease of slag ratio by 9kg/t and hot metal cost by 7yuan/t.
