摘 要:迁钢3号高炉2号热风炉煤气支管发生故障,导致炉内发生大灌渣,高炉在重负荷下紧急停风。因停风时间长,炉缸热量损失很多,若恢复不顺,极易导致炉冷事故,经过抢修重新送风后,炉内采取了积极稳妥的恢复措施,逐步达到正常生产状态。从迎重负荷料、出铁、高炉状态评估标准、鼓风动能与矿批相匹配,以及操作调整的参考标准等方面,探讨分析了高炉重负荷下紧急停风后的炉况恢复机理。Due to failure of No. 2 hot stove gas branch for Qiang'an Steel's No. 3 blast furnace, the furnace tuyere is filled with a large amount of slag and hot air blasting stops in emergency while blast furnace is operating under heavy burden. Long time stop of blasting results in great heat loss from the hearth, and may cause furnace freezing accident if necessary remedy measures are not taken. Thanks to active and reliable restoration measures applied in the furnace apart from immediate repair and re-blasting, the furnace is gradually recovered to its normal production status. It is discussed and analyzed in the paper, the restoration mechanism of blast furnace operating with heavy burden after emergency stop of blasting from the following aspects : restoration of heavy burden operation, evaluation criteria of hot metal tapping and blast furnace status, coordination of blasting kinetic energy and ore batch weight and reference standard for operation adjustment.
