摘  要:针对城市电网规划综合评判因素的复杂性问题及数据包络分析模型评价效率值的不足,在传统交叉效率模型的基础上引入改进后的交叉效率模型,构建了基于DEA的交叉效率评判模型,并建立了一套完整的电网规划综合评判体系,应用该模型的评价流程对一个实际电网规划算例进行了分析计算,得到的结果与实际情况相一致,其评价结果科学,可行,为发电所需能耗的节省提供了科学理论依据。Comprehensive evaluation for urban power network planning problems and the complexity of factors insufficient data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the efficiency value,this paper introduces cross effi-ciency improved model based on the traditional cross efficiency model,cross efficiency evaluation model was constructed based on,and the establishment of a complete set of network planning comprehensive evaluation system,application evaluation process of the model for a practical network planning study were analyzed and the result was consistent with the actual situation,the evaluation results are scientific and feasible,the power required energy savings provides a scientific theory.
