摘　　要：随着浙江省农村生活污水治理工作的深入推进,如何保证农村生活污水治理设施长久发挥其功效显得尤为重要。在对浙江省各县市、区农村生活污水治理设施建设运行的现状进行全面调研,在对各县提交上来的"农村生活污水处理设施项目情况总结"汇总的基础上,分析设施运行管理过程中存在的问题,提出提高设施建设施工质量,明晰设施产权,拓宽设施运管资金渠道,出台设施管理办法等法律法规,呼吁全民参与的建议,以实现浙江省农村生活污水治理设施的长效管理。Along with the deepening of rural domestic sewage disposal in Zhejiang province,the sustainability of the rural sewage treatment facilities is becoming increasingly important. This article investigated the current situation of rural sewage treatment facilities in Zhejiang Province,summarized the rural sewage treatment facilities from most counties. It also analyzes the current problems in the process of operation management,putting forward suggestions of improving construction quality,defining the rights of facilities,broadening the capital channel,proposing more regulation and legislation,calling for the whole people to participate. The study aims to provide reference for realizing the long-term management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities.
