摘  要:目的:优选朱砂根活性成分的提取工艺。方法:采用均匀试验设计,以乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间、提取温度为考察因素,朱砂根总皂苷、总黄酮、总酚为指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定权重优选朱砂根活性成分最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为40倍量的40%乙醇于40℃超声提取25 min,一致性检查CR<0.1,表明权重系数科学有效。结论:层次分析法可多指标综合评价提取方法,有效的反映被评价物的综合情况,更具全面性和准确性,该提取工艺稳定、可靠。Objective:To optimize the extracting process of active ingredients from Ardisia ctenataSims. Method:Uniform design was adopted,independent variables were ethanol concentration,solvent,extract time and temperature. The dependent variables were extraction grate of total saponins,total flavoniods and total phenolics of Ardisia ctenata Sims. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)determining the weights were used to optimize the extracting process. Result:The optimum conditions were 40 times amount of 40% ethanol,extracting 25 min at the temperature of 40 ℃. The consistency check CR0.1 indicated that the weight coefficients were scientific and effective. Conclusion:AHP can comprehensive multi-index evaluate the extraction method and effectively reflect the comprehensive situation of the matter. This method is stable and reliable.
