右归丸联合液体钙片对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者血清25-OHD_3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量影响研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨右归丸联合液体钙片对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量影响。方法：收集我院以绝经后骨质疏松为诊断而收入院患者88例,对照组予以骨化三醇、液体钙治疗。实验组在对照组基础上加用右归丸治疗。于所有患者治疗前及治疗后进行血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量检测,并于治疗前、后对所有患者进行腰椎L1~4正位,左、右两侧股骨颈骨密度测定。结果：1治疗后两组患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ均有所改善,与对照组比较,实验组3项指标均改善更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2治疗后两组患者腰椎L1~4,左、右两侧股骨颈骨密度均有所改善,与对照组比较,实验组均更明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论：右归丸联合液体钙片可显著改善绝经后骨质疏松患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量,并明显提高患者骨密度,对治疗骨质疏松症、提高患者生活质量有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the effect on serum levels of BGP,IGF- and 25-OHD3 by Yougui Wan combined liquid calcium in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Methods：88 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group.The control group were treated by the ossification three alcohol and liquid calcium.The experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with the Yougui Wan.The serum levels of BGP,IGF- and 25-OHD3 were tested and compared before and after treatment.The L1~4 positive position of lumbar spine,left and right sides of femoral neck bone mineral density were tested before and after treatment. Results：Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of BGP,IGF- and 25-OHD3 were better（P〈0.05）,the experiment group were more obvious（P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the lumbar L1~4,left and right sides of femoral neck bone mineral density were better（P〈0.05）,the experiment group were more obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：YouguiWan combined with liquid calcium can significantly improve the postmenopausal osteoporosis serum 25-OHD3 levels,BGP and IGF-1 content,and significantly increase the bone density of patients. It is of great significance to the treatment of osteoporosis,improve the quality of life in patients.
