补脾益肺法提高小儿免疫力改善反复呼吸道感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察口服玉屏风散合异功散治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合诊断标准的反复呼吸道感染复感儿随机分为2组,每组40例,2组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。2组都给予饮食、抗生素或抗病毒等对症基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给口服匹多莫德口服液,治疗组给予口服玉屏风散合异功散进行治疗。治疗60 d,观察治疗前后两组患者的T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白水平以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的CD3+、CD4+、Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平显著升高,CD8+水平显著降低,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:使用补脾益肺法,口服玉屏风散合异功散可以提高复感儿的免疫力,治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染可以取得较好的疗效。Objective：Yupingfeng San combined oral observations Yigong San clinical efficacy in children with recurrent respiratory infections. Methods：80 patients met the diagnostic criteria for recurrent respiratory infection complex sense of children were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,the two groups were not significantly different,comparable. 2 groups were given diet,antibiotics or anti-viral treatment and other symptomatic basis,on this basis,the control group was given oral pidotimod oral treatment group received oral Yupingfeng San combined with Yigong San treatment. Treatment 60 days after treatment was observed T cell subsets,immunoglobulin levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results：Treatment group and the control group of patients with CD3＋、CD4＋,Ig A,Ig G,Ig M levels were significantly increased,CD8＋ levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group;overall clinical patients treated group was significantly higher. Conclusion：Tonify spleen and lung method using oral Yigong San combined with YupingfengSan together to improve children＇s complex sense of immunity,treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections can get better results.
