功能训练联合温针灸法在膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后康复治疗中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨功能训练联合温针灸法在膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后康复治疗中的临床应用。方法：选取我院骨关节科已确诊膝关节半月板损伤患者70例,采用随机数字分配法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组37例,对照组33例,两组患者均进行关节镜成形术,术后进行功能训练,其中治疗组与术后7 d实施温针灸法治疗,每日1次,并于两组患者手术后1 d、1周、2周、4周,记录患者疼痛指数（VAS）、股四头肌萎缩程度、关节活动度（ROM）以及Lysholm评分并分析。结果：术后1周内,组间两组数据差异均不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后2~4周与术后1周内相比,VAS指数降低呈下降趋势,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;股四头肌萎缩程度呈下降趋势,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;关节活动度呈升高趋势,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;Lysholm评分呈升高趋势,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组与对照组相比,VAS指数降低,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;股四头肌萎缩程度减弱,均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;关节活动度增高显著,均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;Lysholm评分增高,均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：功能训练联合温针灸法在膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后康复治疗效果佳,具有重要临床意义。Objective：To investigate the effect of the function training combined with acupuncture moxibustion in rehabilitation treatment of meniscus injury of knee joint. Methods：70 patients of meniscus injury of knee joint from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group 33 cases and the experiment group 37 cases.Two groups were both treated by arthroscopic surgery and functional training after the treatment.The experiment group were treated by acupuncture moxibustion in 7 days after operation.The VAS,contraction of the four head of the femoral head,ROM and Lysholm score were tested and compared in 1 days,1 weeks,2 weeks,4 weeks after operation. Results：Compared with the control group in 2~4 weeks after operation,the VAS were lower（P〈0.05）,the contraction of the four head of the femoral head were lower（P〈0.05）,the joint activity were higher（P〈0.05）,the Lysholm score were higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Functional training combined acupuncture moxibustion and arthroscopy of knee meniscus injury after angioplasty in the rehabilitation therapeutic effect of good,has important clinical significance.
