宣肺清热化痰法治疗急性气管-支气管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察采用宣肺清热化痰法治疗急性气管-支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合诊断标准的急性气管-支气管炎患者随机分为两组,每组40例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予休息、多饮水、保持空气清新等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组视病情给予镇咳、祛痰、抗生素或抗病毒治疗,治疗组给予宣肺清热化痰中药进行治疗。治疗7 d,观察治疗前后两组患者的中医证候积分,咳嗽、咳痰恢复时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的中医证候积分都显著降低,治疗组降低更显著;治疗组咳嗽、咳痰恢复时间显著低于治疗组;治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:宣肺清热化痰法治疗急性气管-支气管炎患者可以取得较好的疗效疗效。Objective：Observed using Xuanfei Qingre Huatan treatment treatment of acute airway-bronchitis clinical efficacy. Methods：80 patients met the diagnostic criteria for acute airway- bronchitis patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients,no significant difference between the two groups were comparable. Both groups were given a rest,drink plenty of water to keep the air fresh and other basic treatment,on this basis,depending on the disease control group given antitussive,expectorant,antibiotic or antiviral therapy,the treatment group received Xuanfei Qingre Huatan medicine for treatment. Treatment seven days,the two groups were observed before and after treatment syndromes points,cough,sputum recovery time and clinical efficacy. Results：Treatment group and the control group of patients with the symptom score were significantly reduced in the treatment group decreased more significantly;treatment group cough,sputum recovery time was significantly lower than the treatment group;treated patients was significantly higher total efficiency. Conclusion：Xuanfei Qingre Huatan treatment of acute airway- bronchitis patients can get better effect effect.
