摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理对普外科危重症患者留置胃管并发症的干预效果,了解危重症患者留置胃管风险水平的影响因素。方法:选取普外科危重症均须留置胃管的110例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,两组患者各55例。对照组采用常规护理进行留置胃管,实验组采用集束化护理及中医施护后留置胃管。结果:集束化护理及中医施护后留置胃管,可减少留置胃管并发症的发生率;年龄、意识、体位、患病状况等是影响置管风险等级的重要因素。结论:集束化护理措施及中医施护对普外科危重症置胃管患者可以降低护理并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of cluster management on indewlling gastric tube＇s complications. To know the factors that influence the level of detained gastric tube＇s risks. Methods：110 serious patients were selected in this study,they were all needed to detained gastric tube,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,every group had 55 patients.The control group used conventional nursing to indewlling gastric tube,the experimental group used cluster management and traditional Chinese medical nursing before indewlling gastric tube. Results：Cluster management and traditional Chinese medical nursing can reduce the complication incidence of indewlling gastric tube;age,consciousness,position,the kind of diseases can influence the complication of indewlling gastric tube. Conclusion：Cluster management and traditional Chinese medical nursing can reduce the complication incidence of indewlling gastric gastric tube,it worth promoting.
